Terms of Service

DealCRM is a cloud customer relationship management service provided by DEALCRM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia (identification number 422961806), registered address: Khvanchkara, block N001, plot N047 settlement, Ambrolauri district, Georgia (“we”, “us”).

These terms form an agreement between us and the organisation that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

DealCRM lets you manage contacts, companies, deals, tasks, a calendar, email, automations and reports. Features depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or remove features; we will not materially reduce what you have paid for during the paid period.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.
• Tell us promptly at crm@dealcrm.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others using the service;
• send spam or unlawful marketing messages, or store data you have no right to process;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers’ data;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product;
• exceed reasonable limits of your plan or of the open API.

You own the data you put into DealCRM. You give us the right to process it only to provide and secure the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice; where you act as a controller of personal data and we process it for you, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are charged per organisation, monthly or annually, in US dollars, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, and taxes are added where required.

At checkout you choose a subscription that renews automatically or a one-time payment for a single period. An organisation administrator can cancel an automatic renewal at any time in Settings → Plan; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you in advance, and a change does not affect a period you have already paid.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the service briefly for maintenance. Support is available at crm@dealcrm.app.

The service, its software and design belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

You can stop using DealCRM and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially break these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, and where reasonable we will warn you first. After termination you can export your data for a reasonable period; then we delete it as described in the Privacy Notice.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to a different forum.

We may update these terms. The current version is always at dealcrm.app/en/terms with its last-updated date. For material changes we will notify you in the service or by email before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
